Meraaj Syed Haleem, MD
Chief Resident, Diagnostic Radiology
Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell
Dr. Haleem is currently a Chief Resident of Diagnostic Radiology at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. During his time as a resident, he worked with Dr. Claudia Kirsch to create the “Lots to Swallow” website, which received the Core Curriculum Grant from the ASHNR.
He was also involved with teaching the Zucker School of Medicine students through the program’s ultrasound curriculum.
He will begin a Fellowship in Diagnostic Neuroradiology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in July 2024.
Previously, he received his BA in Economics with Departmental Honors from Northwestern University and his MD from The Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.
